The process from start to finish was very smooth and Reece has been very flexible, reliable and timely with sorting out any minor niggles that have occurred which is to be expected with a new build property.

The build quality is excellent, very stylish and very unique, Whitaker Homes clearly take pride in their work.

The quality of materials used are superior to that of the “mainstream” developers and there are lots of nice personal touches that make a big difference.

I am also impressed by Whitaker Homes pledge that after 6 months they will re-visit the house to rectify any issues that may have arisen, this has given me confidence and peace of mind.

I would have no qualms in recommending Whitaker Homes as i am in no doubt that they have delivered us an absolutely beautiful home.
