We have been thrilled with our new home, it has been finished to the highest quality even down to hanging baskets and bedding plants; all contributing to the feeling of ‘home’ as soon as we moved in, rather than just another house. In the first few days of moving in, there were one or two niggles (as you would expect) with the home and Reece was very proactive in addressing these; from what I can recall, I think the repairs were carried out within days of our reporting them. Our 6 month snagging list is about to come to an end and I can only assume that Reece will be just as proactive with this as he has been with other issues reported to him.

We have really enjoyed showing friends and family around our home and everybody has been very complimentary about the layout and quality of finish of our home. We are over the moon with it and are looking forward to spending many happy years here. Thank you to Whitaker homes.
